Computer Technologies Program The Bridge to a Career
Whirlwind Wheelchair International’s mission is to enable people with disabilities to create mobility equipment in a manner that enhances integration into their society. Twenty million disable people in developing countries need wheelchairs, but less than one percent own or have access to them. Using Whirlwind’s design and guidance, over 30 shops in 25 countries have begun producing Whirlwind wheelchairs.
