Partners in Employment offers a course on the practical skills needed to find meaningful employment. It covers things like how the hiring process might be different for people with developmental disabilities, how to evaluate a job offer to make sure it fits with your skills and dreams, as well as the more standard topics of identifying your strong points and skills, creating a resume, and interview techniques. You’ll also learn how other people with disabilities have overcome common obstacles to find jobs.
