Bridging the Gap

CTP’s relationship with the business community is an essential part of our success. In addition to being the source of jobs for our graduates, businesses work directly with CTP in several ways.

The Business Advisory Council (BAC) is a network of 400 professionals from 60 Bay Area Corporations that guide CTP’s training and students. The BAC allows us to continuously refine the curriculum and assist students in building on their strengths.

Businesses sponsor internship for our students. This essential part of our training allows students gain real world experience and demonstrate and refine their workplace job skills and professional acumen.

Businesses also supports CTP through direct financial support, volunteerism and equipment donations.
